"I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

After receiving a quote, I was charged for the policy. However, when the actual policy documents were issued, the premium had increased by approximately 40% from the quoted price. Because the policy was significantly different from what I had agreed to, I immediately declined it and requested a refund.

More than two weeks later, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I find it unacceptable that a company can process a charge immediately but take weeks to issue a refund after a customer declines a policy due to a substantial price increase.

The lack of transparency regarding the final premium and the delay in returning my funds have made this a very frustrating experience. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in both the quoting process and customer service."
